August 27th - September 3rd

After a weeks holiday, more fish on the bank. Rob Owen and Neil Hodgetts and his wife Jayne, people that we see a few times a year, came to spend a week on the big lake. The tally for the week - 25 runs and 21 fish landed.

Rob's catch return: a small cat, 21 ½lb, 25lb, 26 ½lb, 27lb, 28lb, 33lb, 38 ½lb, 44 ½lb, 46 ½lb & 47lb.

Neil's catch return: 30lb, 36lb, 37lb common, 2 x 42lb, 42 ½lb, 44lb, 46lb & 49lb.

John  landed a 38lb too.

For the ladies that are interested in coming along, besides the sun in warmer months they could take a trip to the surrounding areas - Lac de Der, Epernay, Reims, Nancy to name a few... Cool
